Hair Lamination Mask

Lately, I spend a lot of time taking care of my hairs. Every week I try a new mask to make them more shiny, strong or to darken using traditional methods. Yesterday, I came across a new hair mask, so called lamination or gelatine mask, so I thought to share it on my blog. Even after the first time I used the result was great.

Here are the ingredients:

1 tbsp of gelatin

1/2 cup of milk

2 tbsp of olive oil

an egg

2 tbsp of conditioner

Mix gelatin powder and warm milk, until homogenous consistency. Add olive oil, the egg, conditioner and mix again. If you have some oil that you use on a daily basis, you can add a few drops.

Apply the mask on all the length of wet hair (not on scalp). Leave it for 50 min. Rinse with hot water and shampoo as normal. It is recommended to do this 2 times a week to get desired effect and then once every 2 weeks for maintenance.

Here are some sources I used:

And this is the effect after the mask. It may not look exactly as photos you find on other websites, but I felt that my hair was better and more shiny, so I recommend it with confidence.
